As an empath myself, I attracted narcissists, gave my power away, struggled to speak my truth, own my feelings and ever feel deeply seen and heard by close partners/family/friends (HINT: It's deeply held woundings from childhood but we will dive deeper into that in the program).
Healing the pain, breaking the patterns and behaviors are all possible if you are willing to show up for yourself (It's what I did, so I know you can too!), the way you always wished others would show up for you. Because this is your spiritual ascension lesson:
no one was or is ever going to bring you the love you so desperately crave. You must learn that your love is not external. You will never find it in anything outside of yourself and this is why you are called to walk through the fire and into your transformation.

There comes a point on your journey when you are tired of feeling burdened + alone and finally see you are the common factor in the repeated experiences. When this happens, you are ready to move the karmic wheel.

You are ready to set boundaries for yourself and others.

You are ready to embody assertiveness and walk on eggshells for no one.

You are ready to feel love from within.

You are ready to feel secure and authentic in your own skin.

You are ready to break your dependency on people/places/things.

You are ready to stop living for everyone else.

You are ready to be seen, be heard and be loved for who you are.

You are ready for deeper more intimate relationships.
You are ready to meet your own needs and have them met by others.
